Part I contains a brief overview of the list and descibes how to get one,
off and post, as well as set mail options. Part II has the formatting
rules and other information.
Please now that the formatting rules have bee changed quite a bit with
version 4 of the FAQ, and you are responsible for following those
guidelines or being deleted from the list. Pay special attention to the
runes on encryptions and dramatics.
If there is anything that needs fixing, please let me know, or discuss it
on PLOT-D.
