***** Wrong Norman? I do not disagree that there was an increase in the flow
and the weave around central Seattle during the fifth. I also tend to agree
with the asumption by Jazz that fluctuations in the mana flow where in response
to man than to any natural thickening in the weave at the time. I personally
see no justification in saying that the date had any real influence in the event
since most people would not take notice of the date which to them would have
been May 5 2055 a fairly unassuming number. A cause which has been discussed in
the student lounge areas of the Occult Studies department of late is that what
was experienced in Seattle was just a rippling of the mana caused by the high
emotional celebration of Tir Independence Day on May the First. I personally
have stayed away from the conversation since it has mostly been an exercise in
self aggrandisement and inflation of already overly large egos. What ever the
true cause of the fluctuations that did happen to the central Seattle area on
the fifth day of the fifth month of the fifth year, people will asume what they
want to believe as always. I personally believe that, as normally occurs, there
were multiple events which caused the occurance one of which happens to be the
excitement of the date in question and another of which is a young girl coming
closer to her totem. Have a nice day and before I forget, how is your father, I
have not of him recently.*****
