>>>>>[Sir, the VP of Security has ordered me to make this report to you.

Saeder-Krupp has recently been conducting operations against our European
facilities, and apparently they feel such disdain for our abilities to
discover this that they have gone to minimal lengths to hide thier actions.
We have checked and verified that this is not an attempt at a frame from
another megacorporation and are ready to either retaliate or begin litigation
against them in the Court.

Ares Macrotech was discovered yesterday to be initiating an attempt at a
leveraged buyout with an emphesis on a last "nanosecond" purchase to give them
total ownership of the company. We initiated the reversal of their plans and
have been sucessful. They appear to be totally locked and unable to do
anything further regarding our company until they shore up thier own damaged
corporate structure.

Aztechnology operations have been a total failure up to date, and this is
unlikely to be discontinued in the near future. They have been more careful
than S-K, but only to the point that they have produced no evidence that could
be useful to us.

We have used NO extra-orginizational sources in retreiving this data, so our
functional split remains un-compromised at this time.]<<<<<
