Chris, asking Freddy about being married was a really bad idea.
'Course you couldn't have known.

He never talks about either of his wives, but I've done some digging
on my own.

It seems he married his first wife (also elven) around the turn of the
century. She was killed during anti-metahuman riots. No children.

His second wife (another elf) was pronounced dead the day after the
Battle of Redding. Cause of death: "Irrevocable Fatigue and
Exposure". The location of death is listed as: Yreka, CFS. Again,
no children.

At the time of his second wife's death, Freddy was in Sacremento as a
high-ranking Tir diplomat's senior bodyguard. Once the Tir offensive
stalled, the diplomat and Freddy both returned to Portland.

About two weeks later Freddy came to San Fran, alone, for good.
