>>>>>[Promises from an ex-cop? Please, spare me. I almost lost my real
burger all over my deck. I am a business man. I once stiffed my runner
friends about 2.2 million nuyen. Why? I didn't need the money. I did
it because I could. The only rules and laws that I follow are the ones
I make myself. And I am in a position to make them. As for your "friends"
who are you referring to? Runners such as Aerich? He and I had a very
good time together last weekend at Dante's Inferno. Shared war stories
and information about the Brotherhood. So don't worry about him. But
if you are counting trogs as your "friends", then that is a whole other
story. I used to consider it sport to go down to the Barrens and kill
trogs, until it became too easy. Actually, I guess it wasn't sport. It
was more of an exercise in revenge...I'll only tell you one more time
Kovak; don't frag with me. You have no idea what you could be getting
yourself into. So just leave me alone and leave your taunts back in
Chicago. Deal?]<<<<<

large sum to play bounty hunter and track you down. Not like it would
probably be very hard. Cops have never been good at hiding. But I
turned them down. Any money wasn't the reason why. So unless you keep
taunting me with your so-called promises, you and your friends have
nothing to fear from me.]<<<<<
