I think you could do it, and I'm not sure you would even have to go cyber
with it. Certain obvious bioware, such as enhanced smell and enhanced
reflexes, but not much. The primary thing to make it owrk would be
making the dog react only to that persons individual scent. The dog
would probably have to be genetically engineered for that individuals
scent. And the installation of cyber eyes or other minor metal would
drive the dog crazy enough to not worry about that fire hydrant or that
steak lying in the street, only to find and kill the owner of that scent.

You know, I think I may have to try to work this into a campaign...;-)
