The Chicago Matrix is completely shut down.
Ten minutes ago, the UCAS army shut down all communications going into and
out of Chicago and outlying areas, except for confirmed military communications
between the reamaining UCAS and Knight Errant forces.
Astral communications are obviously out. The Matrix is almost entirely shut
down (it is unconfirmed that some Matrix sites are still up and running inside
Chicago itself), what's left of it. Food drops are supposedly being made,
though the air space above Chicago is not exactly safe right now.
And no, I don't know how they're blocking SatLinks, but they're doing it. I
know this for a fact.
