...and I repeat, there is no truth in the rumors that the Chicago Matrix
is being "quarantined," nor is there truth that Chicago itself is being
left. The Matrix has been cut off by the insects there. The city itself
is being considered a security risk, but regular food drops are being made
into the city.

I repeat, do not panic. The situation is under control...
