Anyway, for the slow-minded...we're going in in an hour and a half, and
we'll meet back here. By midnight tonight, we'll be in. By the 16th,
we'll be out. Hope you got sleep.
Bring the guns, the APDS, the armor (nothing heavy, of course...), the
equipment you think you'll need, the foci you can hide, the attitudes,
you name it. Drones...be careful if you're going to bring them, and
make 'em small, but we can bring a few. If you can control them on the
way in, at least. Cyberdecks...tricky. If you're going in with 'em,
good, we'll need a few. Someone's got to take care of the Matrix
besides me.
Oh, and if I haven't OKed your friends yet, give it up. It's too late.
I can still authorize side trips to get out your friends, but that's
about it.
We have cars to get us from here to the site we're going in from. It's
the sewers, folks...be careful. I've been trying to arrange for the way
out, and it'll be tough, but we'll manage.
I know that some of us aren't going to survive in there. Hell, most of
the good runners there are dead, most of the routes in and out of the
city are blocked. But we're going in anyway, folks, and we're going to
find Solonus, Johnson, and hopefully some more people. And get out
alive. That'll be the tricky part.
We've also got some friends in there...plenty of 'em. The RedWing gang,
the team headed up by Rodan, and the RedRoms are all going to get picked
up (and pulled out) with us. They're dealing with transport.
