>>>>>[I gotta be out of the office today, so I'm just leaving this
where you can find it. Sorry about having to put you up in Spark's
office, but he never uses it and it was all I could find on short
notice.

It all depends on who asks for your passes, and under what
circumstances. If the SFPD stops you alone, they might get kind of
annoying. They've got teeth, but won't use them without confirmed
orders from above, in triplicate. They'll usually back down with an
implied threat, if it comes to that. They won't stop a group that
looks even marginally threatening. The Marines area totally
different story. They'll stop you if you look at them wrong. If you
don't have the proper documentation, you'll be before a Japanese
magistrate before you can find a Japanese translator, and you'll be
standing on the pier in Oakland by the time you do. Null sweat,
we'll just send somebody over to pick you up before the squatters
pick you over too badly.

If yer in one of our trucks, the SFPD will avoid you like VITAS.
We've been showing them up lately. By the time they've responded to
one of our calls to pick up somebody, we've got the trussed up on the
curb next to the garbage. Hell, we've even started responding to
their calls. We're a licensed security outfit and under CFS law we're
obligated to respond to ANY emergency call under threat of losing our
license. Sometimes that's a pain in the hoop, but its fun to rub in
the real cops faces. Especially when we pull off something big.

The I-Marines are a little different. They may or may not pester
you if your in one of the 'Rovers, depending on their mood. Sometimes
they can be upredicatable.

But waitaminnit, I doubt they'll screw with you if you've got your
hounds along. The fraggin' Nips have always been scared of dogs,
dunno why...

One question, how in the hell did you end up at Joey's? No wonder
you saw a lot of our people, that's one of the worst parts of the
East bay. And how did you get on the East side anyway? But anyway,
that's where we get the most business, mostly personal protection and
the odd commercial site. Up North we've got some really elaborate
residential contracts. Now that you're downtown the only FryppSec
people yer likely to see will be at the offices. There's not many of
us, but you could say we stick out.

Lessee, people are going to be down in a few days to check out the
site up north, so I guess we'll have to find you something to
do in the meantime....

We've got a client over in Berkley who says he's having trouble with
a bunch of Japs who've been trying to terrorize him. A bunch of
kids who think that their daddies' postitions can protect them off
corporate property. Maybe they could downtown, but not on the East
side. Do you think you could maybe run the hounds past them a couple
of times, just for something to do until I can find something
substantial? Maybe you might want to drive around town to
familiarize yourself with the streets, they're usually pretty screwy
to someone who's never driven them before. The autopilot can help
you some.

You may use whatever force is necessary to protect yourself, your
hounds, the client and the client's property. And as much of it as
possible would be appreciated.

You can check out one of the 'Rovers from Kabuki Man. If you want we
can start outfitting one of them with cages for the hounds.

Whenever you get back somebody can get you through supply and get you
uniforms and a regulation sidearm then send you up to the range for
some practice, the T-Bolt takes a little getting used to.

Glad to have you aboard.

BTW, do you know Dark Angel? I need some help finding a stripper for
his bachelor party. As a full employee of FryppSec you are hereby
qualified to join us on our nightly roamings to various establishments
catering to the sundry needs of the flesh of San Fran, Oakland and
all points beyond in search of the perfect female.]<<<<<
