Knowing Scourge, it was a test. I remember hearing a while back that someone

phone with his matrix form, so I have no clue what he looks like. I would be
curious though. The phone was deactivated immediately after Pittsburgh

If it is a test, he probably doesn't want you to find him personally. If he is
to be believed, Ares watches him closer than they do their bank accounts. Just
make a contact through, oh, I guess a phone call. That should suitably impress
him.
