Anyway, glad yer set up. I'm getting the distinct feeling of "hurry
up and wait", ya know? My... associates, seemed like they needed us
an hour ago when I first got ahold of you, now I'm hearing nada out of
'em. Figures.
Do you have arrangements for fuel, food and junk like that? I can
call around and see if I can get a regular supply started.
I'll get back to you if I hear from anybody... waitaminnit. Have I
got an idea!!! Hold on. Let me drop some lines to some others and
I'll get back. I might have something else you can help me out

We can cram a small boat into the back of Tunnel-Rat's -260, fly way
the frag out into international waters, kick the boat out of the back
and take the long step ourselves? We recover the boat, start bailing
like maniacs and then proceed as planned, except we make for Catalina,
then refuel for LA. That'll work out a little better anyway, since
Fed-Boeing wants us to deliver the prototype to a "cargo ship" of
theirs that should be in the channel off of Catalina, if we can snag
it, that is.
Kor made a point of "maximum destruction", hey, no sweat, works for
me if nobody else has any problems. Jac wants to drag along quite a
bit of explosives anyway in case we can't get the bird out.
Another point, we're pitifully low on firepower if Jac is going to be
deciding if he can fly the bird, DA is scanning for plans and I'm
looking for Valdez. (Which reminds me, Chris, is there anything
you can do with those files Kor dropped in the other day?) So that
leaves Kor tossing fireballs into whoever shows up when we come a
knockin'. I still don't know if God'll make it. Anybody have any
suggestions on who to drag along for more firepower?
Fourth point, we've been burning way too much ammunition clearing the
hangar in simulation. Howzabout we just pop a few Neurostun-VII
canisters in from the beach? Or Seven-VII war gas - if anybody can
find any - hell, I don't care, I'm just thinking about how much ammo
we'll need to carry.
If anybody wants to try a couple of practice paradrops, Majikthize
has stashed a simulator around here somewhere and then we can take a
couple of jumps out of the Stallion, we've got some sport
airfoils around here somewhere, too.]<<<<<
