For those of you who know, Roxey and Nex were lovers for quite some time.
Well, no longer. Tonight, Roxey returned to see Nex in his appartment, only
to find him loafing on the sofa-bed with another woman. Anyone who knows
Roxey knows that she is not one to hold her temper in check, and she became
very angry. Nex apparently rose from the bed, but before he could say much,
Roxey began a tirade that culminated in a slap. Or rather an attempted slap.
MaxiMillion would not tell me anything besides Nex had a highly determined
look on his face and not only didn't flinch, but stopped her hand
telekinetically. MaxiMillion also said that THE Nexus seemed to zone out over
the next few minutes.

Well, the immediately following action was a hard look at Roxey that left her
sprawled out on the floor and seething angry. This is apparently when
MaxiMillion decided to step in, as from astral space he could see Roxey's aura
heating up and gathering up enough mana to blow up a city block(and those who
know Roxey's temper or my lack of embellishment know that I do not exagerate
this point) and was about to unleash it all at Nex. So Max literally placed
his manifest body between Roxey and Nex, totally blocking and protecting Nex
from her wrath. I assume that since Roxey originally created MaxiMillion as
an ally, she still had some feelings for her now-free spirit friend, and she
deflated and stomped off after making a comment about how she could not leave
her daughter without a father, especially after she had been left without one.

MaxiMillion said he then turned to Nex and explained why he blocked her.
Apparently he figured that the amount of power that Roxey was about to unleash
at Nex and the amount of power Nex had available would have destroyed them
both, leaving both dead, massive destruction of the area around them, and a
child with no parents. But MaxiMillion also said that Nex didn't even respond
or seem to recognize him, so he left and went off to keep Roxey from killing
any innocent people to quench her anger.

So, it appears that the rocky relationship of Nex and Roxey is over, at least
as it was before. Nex, Roxey told me to tell you that Adrienne has been
placed in my care until further notice. She's not taking this well, i'm
afraid to say.]<<<<<
