However, keep a close eye on things. If you should ever feel like the
pressure is too high for him, call me, and I'll get you out of there. We
can't risk endagering his wife and son.
As for what you are paid for - you are paid to do whatever I ask for you to
do (within reasonable limits) - and now I'd like you to keep you'r ear to
the ground. However, I avoid giving orders because those days are over. I
trust you can handle you job without any problems, and that is why I
hired you. So far, I've had no dissapointments.
Sorry about the lecture but things are getting mighty tight over here,
and I have to trust everybody to do their job, or things can get real
