"This morning's top story, the recovery of the body of Enrico Lopez,
the top aide to local Aztechnology head Francisco Valdez. Lopez's
body was discovered late last night, a few miles from the area of
his disappearance ten days ago in a brief but vicious firefight between
Aztechnology security forces and an unknown number of assailants.

"At that time, Mr. Lopez appears to have been separated from his security
entourage. It is our understanding that, according to what has been
reconstructed by Pueblo Security Enterprises, Inc. detectives, Lopez
was kidnapped from a nearby location by an unknown person or persons,
very probably those involved in the original conflict. Lopez was removed
from the area, murdered, and left in the ravine where five Pueblo hikers
discoverd his body some time after making camp last night.

"The murder weapon was discovered still buried within the body, piercing
the base of the skull and angling directly into the brain. The coroner's
report is not yet in, but independant consultants assure us that the wound,
reportedly the only one on the body, was enough to cause instant death.
Additional sources have hinted that the assassins may have had metaphysical
assistance, as Mr. Lopez supposedly was supplied with sorcerous assistance
in regards to physical assaults. PSE, Inc. officials have not commented
on whether or not they intend on attempting to pursue this side of the
case, due to the lack of astral evidence.

Julian Tetrivini, the bodyguard of the late aide, is with us this morning,
after having participated in the grueling ten-day search for Mr. Lopez.
Mr. Tetrivini, good morning.

+++++Visual: A man, early to mid-thirties, dressed in a moderately
conservative suit. The screen splits, and the video taken by the
Whistler on the fourteenth appears courtesy of the downloader; the
man is identical to the one mislabeled 'Macros the Black'. To all
indications, he looks as though he'd gotten only a few hours of sleep
after a long period of sleeplessness.

Tetrivini (Tet): Good morning.

Interviewer (Int): Tell us, if you will, your reaction to the news of
the death of your employer, Enrico Lopez. We understand you had been
participating in the search for him since his disappearance?

Tet: That is correct. I have -- had -- been involved with Mr. Lopez's
security for the past three years, and although we did, at times, have
our disagreements on how I was to ensure his safety, we always interacted
very professionally, very courteously. Mr. Lopez was an excellent employer
in all respects. I am very proud to have directed his detail, and am
saddened that I will no longer be under his employ. He was dedicated and
honorable, and to my knowledge always did his best by those he worked with.
His death is a senseless, horrible tragedy, and he will be missed by co-
workers and friends alike.

Int: Do you have any thoughts as to whom may have killed Mr. Lopez?

Tet: Wouldn't that be a better question for the detectives involved in
solving the case?

Int: Certainly, Mr. Tetrivini, but DNN was wondering if you had any thoughts
on the subject.

Tet: I sure fragging do. Whoever it was that roasted my men probably jammed
that shiv into Rico's head. And I'm going to find them, and show the mother-
fraggers exactly what death and pain is all about.

Strange, but they cut to commercial right after that.... ;)

Oh, and just for the 'whee' of it -- seems that the location that Whistler,
Mr. Purple, and Spring Rivers eyeballed our 'Mr. Lopez' was about 300 meters
away from a good vantage point overlooking the old U.S. Air Force Academy.
Anybody got any idea what A) these Azzies are doing in PuebloLand, B) why
Pueblo let 'em in there in the first place, and C) why they were taking a
look at the Nexus?

Last time I checked, the PCC and Aztlan hated each other enough to turn their
cojones black. ]<<<<<
