I need to mention to Trixie that there are some ripe markets in the industrial
areas of Chicago and Detroit that would be able to support two centers. We
just need to find someone willing to finance the operation and its up and
running in 6 months.

Freddy just bought a training facility but he doesnt know it yet. He's getting
some...work...done for me and thats what Im gonna use as payment. His bean
counters didnt go for the plan at first because even with our best incentives
we couldnt get it down to where we pay the to have one. You know how
accountants can be.
