The rocket was fired from a collapsing building. Terry verified that
there were no witnesses and that both the target and the driver were
killed. In addition, all four were careful to be sure they left no
traces. Terry even went so far as to sterilize the area.
"Minimal explosure, then. Excellent. How about the chance that she'd
successfully delivered the data prior to her death?"
About 2.8%. Higher than I would like, but there were times where she was
out of our survillance. In addition, it's possible that a dead drop was
arranged. 2.8% is the best we can hope for, and it's possibly much
higher, depending on how long she'd been gathering information and how
well set the disclosure protocols she was operating under.
"So the worst case scenario is that they know already."

"Drek. I want to know if they know or not as soon as they do."
