Two force 8 fire elementals were diverted from high security patrol status
and sent to the operations theater. Details at that point become sketchy.
Vargas may or may not have re-activated. Total bodycount is in the teens
range, our medical personnel retreived all casualties from the area within
15 minutes, and a total press blackout was implemented. It is a non-event,
as far as the world is concerned. We are preparing a specialised task force
to deal with the problem. Intel reccomends using >>encrypted<<.
Also, a plainclothes detachment was sent to retrieve Leonardo Rodriguez from
Rolly Roger security, unfortunately, Jolly Roger personnel proved uncooperative
and had to be persuaded. The target escaped, and its current whereabouts
