The document is interesting, isn't it? The lack of hard numbers is what makes
me think it's genuine. It has the look of a briefing document, for the
corporate execs in the Seattle area. They need to know a lot of the detail
of their area, but not everything, and they don't need to know the location(s)
for Phase IV. A fake would have been easier to find, and would have somewhere
for us to attack directly.

That's the other kicker. A forgery would tell me something I hadn't guessed
already. I already knew Zicahuata was the agent-in-charge, and that he reports
to Tepanohoutec. Zicky's the real charmer: a century ago, he'd have been
SS Totzenkommando, making sure the Final Solution ran to plan. Forty years
ago you'd see him in Abilene, arranging the orderly disposal of "anti-American"
terrorists. Sort of a toxic Commander Drake.

As you may have guessed, Tepanohoutec and I have crossed swords before. He's
not even that bad a guy, at least he has honour even if he is a fanatic
Aztlan patriot. Zicky's the sort of person I make exceptions for: Tepanohoutec
went down and I left him. Zicahuata would have caught a double-tap to the
cranium as I was leaving, just to make sure. Nothing that serves the greater
glory of Aztlan is wrong, in his eyes. I haven't opposed Zicky directly,

And if my inquiries about you produced truthful results, I would be glad to
co-operate with you in the future, if I survive and we find our goals
overlap again.
