Dragon there somewhere, but which one? Lofwyr? Isn't he a German citizen?
And don't you have to be born in UCAS to be its president? Where were these
ancient greater dragon fraggers born?

And, in reply to someone, I forget who, sorry, if Dragons couldn't fit in
the buildings, they could just cast Shapechange, according to my shamanic
friend. I don't see any reason why not, they eat in restaurants
