>>>>>[A brief note on CDC procedure against HMHVV active targets and those
with similar physical traits ie low-light eyes and enhanced hearing.

The CDC have developed a new eye implant, a small passive ultra sound
sensor, very similar in operation to the ultrasound sights on guns.
Similar essence impact on the body as Thero or Low light, I have some
myself if it interests you to have to design.

They wear a light weight harness which has several ultrasound 'spotlights'
and flash packs, both front and back, the standard issue harness has 2 of
each on each side, this harness has a single switch that is operated by
datajack, sub-vocal or some other hands free method.

At the point when you hit the room with the target in it, trigger the harness
and switch you eyes to ultrasound only. You can see fine, but the targets are
almost blind and in pain from the volume of ultrasound in the room. Put this
advantage in the hands of a smart gunned agent, often wired, and it gives them
the second of surprise they need to finish the job.

The visual side of this trick actually works pretty damn well against most
people, it has saved me once or twice, I never leave home without a flash
pack or two.
