Subject, Zach Genaro, was apparently a Lone Star officer in Austin. 3 years
ago, he was linked to a scandal involving corruption and BTL chips and was
forced to turn in his badge and was 'encouraged' to leave Austin. After that
there aren't many traces.
I've still got a few feelers out there, but I wouldn't count on much. Is this
