>>>>>[Yes Lynch, that's the story. We have yet to verify that
information with LSS, but that's the estimate we were handed earlier
this evening. I personally find it strange that your amazed, DEA pulled
in a shipment of BTLs from Europe earlier this year worht in excess of
20 million on the street, and it all went in a briefcase. High class
chips, aimed at the exec market. It's not hard to make this kind of
dough when your hanging in the right circles. You really should read
Federal Documents a bit more, you would be surprised at what get's
shipped around in this and other countries.

Anyway, as I said, there is no procedure anymore. Hakkerstone is dead,
I command. I have just been promoted to Captain, which means I have
total control of the Achilles Project. We have reinforcements
acclimatising themselves, and two mages shipping in later today. LSS
have unofficiallyu arrested two senior officers and five juniors, though
you and we don't officially know that yet. They were all alledgedly
promised a cut of the proceeds, and a certain amount up front as a
taster. When he says everyone has a price, he's not entirely wrong, not
everyone, but enough to make a difference.

We've checked all the international sources of explosives and equipment
dealers that we are aware of, those who could move large amounts of
gear, and as far as we are aware, nothing is happening. CIA
information, for what it's worth correlates that information. The money
isn't for explosives, it's for something else. He's up to something
Lynch, and I have a nasty suspicion you are right. i've been looking in
the wrong damned direction. I don't mind admitting to youcared by this
latest thing. Something fraggin' wierd is going on, and I don't like
not knowing what it is. I have two agents with LSS attempting to gain
access to the room Thunda broke into, but so far they're being stalled.
It appears the Star are heading this one at full steam and are reluctant
to share jurisdiction with the Feds, there's a big surprise, nothing
changes in a century does it. Why do people always think we're just
there to claim the damn glory, for fucks sake we're just doing a job,
and a damned hard one at that.

One thing that has turned up, is a large buzz on the streets, peddlers
and dealers have got their ears perked. Some of the BTL haul that was
taken are of a pretty high quality, so will be worth a fair sum to
whomever buys the things. The Tir has shifted agents into the field,
Liaison are moving down to prevent a major incident from blowing up over
this. Thunda may be free now, but his days are numbered in hours. Too
many people want him, and that last stunt was way over the top, much too
big.

You know, you asked me if he can do this, why is he blowing up cars. I
think you already know the answer to that. Our time has been mainly
devoted to preventing the damage these devices could have caused,
following procedure we were able to keep the death toll low, but it took
all of our manpower, and that of co-operating agencies to do it.
Meanwhile he's had a free run in this city to plan whatever he wants.
Maybe this heist is what he wanted from the beginning when he first
started up. I don't for one minute believe this would have been
possible during any other period of time, but security has been stepped
up across the city, LSS patrols have been doubled, which means officers
are pulling extra hours, and more are on the streets. Leaving him free
to plan and execute this. Which also means I look like a horses
ass.]<<<<<

>>>>>[One request, and you may consider this a personal request. Find
the bastard, and when you do, kill him. Fuck the publicity, fuck the
collar, and fuck the Hill, just kill him. Use whatever methods you have
to to find him. You have my personal backing on this, and any
repurcussions as a result of your actions I'll accept full
responsibility for. You have these orders on paper, here in the office,
signed and stamped. I don't care how many low-life's end up on a morgue
slab for this. Do whatever you have to.]<<<<<
