>>>>>[Yeah, Thunda is still posting, if it's him, and not one of the
crew. It wasn't a horticultural drone that dripped fluid, that would've
shown up on the sec-cam, what I said was, fluid similar to that used in
a horti-drone was found in the area.

I've considered the possibility that he's got someone on the inside,
it's not of my guys, I've double checked all of them, and they're clean,
but it could be LS or KE, there's no way to be sure with them. I've
checked the background on the ones at the sites that got hit, but
nothing so far, of course, if they're on the take, it wouldn't
necessarily show anyway. I'm inclined to think that the body swap
occured after Easy took the head, it would be impossible for anyone to
switch things around while she's still there hacking the body to bits,
unless she blacked out... The sec-cam, and Easy don't state, so it must
have happened after the battle. I've got someone from HSE checking the
tape over, to see if any selective editing has been done, and I should
have an answer in the morning. I hope that's the case, otherwise this
get's too wierd for belief.

Yes, we're still trying to get a trace on his postings, but he's been
selectively short lately, and leaving little trace in the matrix, any
help you can produce in this area would be extremely useful. We've
pinned it to an area, but not a location, there are four routers in
operation, and at least one telecom split, but as far as we've
ascertained thus far, he's somewhere in the Renton district. If you can
get closer than that, we can raid his hideout and take the bastard.

The thing that's got me puzzled about the lack of chemical influence in
the blood sample's, is that Easy's wounds, her statement, and the sec-
cam vid all point towards physical cyberware, I've checked with the
major firms, and they all state that suppresents are essential to
successful instalation and operation of cyber and bioware. Do any of
your people know any corp or private concern that is experimenting with
new ware that doesn't require these drugs, it's always been rumoured in
mil research plants, but nothing has shown that I know of, most
physicians agree that the implantation of a foreign body without
suppressents would be a virtual impossibility. I'm grasping at straws,
but this could be important. It might go someway to indicate how Thunda
or any of his followers got past airport security. OH, and before you
ask, yes he did fly in, the mug shot on Channel 54 news last night got
an answer from King County International, He came in on a sub orbital in
June, a sec guard recognised his face and went back over the vids for
the last couple of months, and there's Thunda's face staring at him over
the immigration counter. Why immigration didn't pick up on the guy,
seeing as he's on record, can only be due to an oversight, we're trying
to trace who was on the desk that day, and get an interview with them.

He flew in from Gatwick, September 21st, according to a report from MI6
they have no record of his activities in England except for a couple of
incidents in 2055, though he was apparently active in France. I've sent
a request for information to the Suretee <sp?> though I don't expect
much back from them, they've not been overly co-operative for some time.
Interpol are similarly silent at the moment. The GRU have come up with
some interesting information, which I'll let you have once I've finished
reading it.

I know this is going to sound rude, and it isn't intended that way, but
your bughunters, could do with some more training, and you could do with
learning a few new tricks to fight these things. I don't know how well
SIGA are integrated with Federal government, or if you guys are right
ourside, a lot of SIGA information is classified beyond my clearance, so
I don't know. However, if you have access to federal facilities, I
would recommend you speak to Colonel Grant Collins. You may be
interested in some of the things his division have been playing with.
He's kind of an expert in fighting the Invae, and may be able to give
you a few pointers. He's been fighting these things since the
beginning, and has accumulated more knowledge about these creatures,
than I've ever seen on one subject, including autopsy and analysis
reports. He's also got some serious mages behind him. I believe he's
commanding a division outside the CZ at the moment, but may be back in
DC. Anyway, look him up if you're interested, he hates bugs with a
passion you can feel.]<<<<<
