>>>>>[Everyone is entitled to their opinion Skuff. SINs are available
to be registered, financial assistance is available for those who cannot
afford the initial costs of registering, this amount is repayable on
standard terms, with minimal interest charges. If gainful employment
cannot be found within one month, then work will be offered to the newly
registered person, at wages caclulated on current inflation rates.
These wages will be docked a small percentage each month to recover the
costs of the loan. We do not have anyone on record who has had to work
more than 6 months on public services to repay the financial award made
to them for registering. Full references and work ability reports will
be given to the person concerned for any future employment opportunities
they may be offered. Also the government will honour that reference
with a small subsidiary payment award to the employer of that person,
provided the employment is on a permanent basis, and conditions meet
government pre-requisites.

There is no need to fight the government, there are far worse enemies
out there than whatever you think we do. I find it a constant wonder
that people like you consider me and my kind an enemy. It is through
the efforts of Federal and law enforcement agencies that the streets are
safe for the average citizen. The violent crime rate in Seattle has
been steadily dropping since 2055, and shows a continual downward trend.
That is not through the efforts of the Shadow Community, as they are the
worst culprits for random shootings and scenes of extreme violence, but
through the valiant efforts of the law enforcement and security agencies
within Seattle.

If you feel threatened by the government, law enforcement and security
in Seattle, Mr. Skuff, I can only assume it is because you have a guilty
conscience. If you have done nothing illegal, then you have nothing to
worry about.

SINlessness is not a crime in the UCAS, Skuff, it is an unfortunate
situation that exists because of a lack of gainful employment, and a
countrywide situation that has ruined the UCAS economy. This economy is
slowly recovering, and with it, the status of its citizens. Once the
country has recovered from the turmoil of recent years. Once it has the
welfare state will be back on an even keel, and we can concentrate more
on levelling this country to the acceptable conditions we would all like
to see.

There is no need for rudeness Mr. Skuff, that sort of attitude will not
achieve anything.

If you have a valid complaint regarding the treatment of yourself or
others that you can verify and produce evidence of, either by law
enforcement agencies, corporations or local security forces. Then you
may follow the standard complaints procedure that is available to _all_
citizens of Seattle, and outlying areas, and register your complaint.
It will be investigated by an independant company, and if your claims
are validated, appropriate compensation and legal action will be
awarded.

If you have any objections to the way the government is acting on behalf
of this country, then please approach your local congressman, and make
it known to him what your complaints are, if he considers the case
valid, he will bring it up in Congress. Also, you can always vote for
the government of your choice.

There is another election due to arrive shortly to decide on a new
president elect after the recent unfortunate assassination of President
Dunklezahn.
