been delivered by a sub in Seattle harbour. He got here via aircraft, I
confirmed that earlier. What I was thinking, is as I mentioned, the
joke on the Navy, OK, you think that's feasible, and now Everett is
locked down tight, so he's unlikely to gain easy entry. OK, that's
good. But.... What if he's already there? Think about it. He's been
playing silly games with all of us over a month now. With thure brought
to bear on this fool, that's no mean feat, even for someone trained to
survive these conditions. We've had no reported sightings of the man.
The usual flood of crazies have claimed to see him, and the switchboard
lit up like a christmas tree when the wanted poster went out. The
normal, "I saw Elvis at the Drive Through" types.

Now I don't know about you, but the lack of any confirmed sightings, or
solid information has got me feeling very wierd about this. He's had
his ugly mug on trid, he's posted to the matrix, we have a look-alike
from the information Easy put out on the Matrix, ther's the wanted
poster that's spread all over the show, yet no-one, NO-ONE has actually
seen the guy, nobody has come forward with even a "Yeah, he was in our
bar." You see what I'm getting at here? I find that damned suspicious.

OK, let's follow my warped logic through for a moment. Let's say for
the sake of argument that the SEALS are standard navy fodder. They're
going to be fairly familiar with the types of ship that deliver them to
a site aren't they? They're also going to receive basic navy training,
for whatever that's worth. All this means a ship is his home, navy
ships. Not having been in Seattle for long, I'm alittle unfamiliar with
the territory. Do the Navy have a section here where they store, either
disused, or historical ships, a graveyard, or museum, something like
that. If he's forever at the opposite end to our investigations, logic
must dictate that if we are searching the southern end of Seattle, he's
got to be in the north. The only thing I can find in northern Seattle,
that keeps stabbing me in the eye, is Everett, and everytime I look at
Everett, I see the Naval installation standing out like a sore thumb. I
don't want to commit any agents to investigating the area without some
input in this, after the recent fuck ups I'm not sure if my thinking is
valid. But if he's hiding out in some sort of ships graveyard, or a
museum of naval equipment. There's only one place that can be, Everett
Dockyard. If, this is possible, and I send guys up there, are they
likely to encounter any resistance from navy personnel? If I go through
normal channels, there's a chance the suspect will get wind of it, and
bug out. Anything you can arrange?

It'd be good to get the guys records, if I can get inside the guys head,
I might be able to figure out what he's doing and where he's hiding.

Appreciate the support.]<<<<<
