_everyone_ has a price. It might not be money, it could be family,
colleagues or somesuch, but _everyone_ has a price. I don't, because
I've got nothing to lose, only my life, and with what I have achieved
this year, I am satisfied that I have made a statement for human
supremacy. I evade the security teams like dust in the wind, I am able
to plant what I want, where I want, and blow the crap out of it. I've
got some kind of Elven assassin faking my death to claim on her bounty,
and some dipshit FBI bod poking his nose into every nook and cranny
lookin' for me. Hey life's pretty good.
What's your price Drakey, a few orbital shuttles, the Houses of
Parliament??? What would it take to break you I wonder. Maybe you've
got some nice little family stashed away where you think they're safe.
You see, the fun part about nitwits like you, is that you guys are
public. You have records, histories and all sorts of paper trails,
which means I can find out all sorts of things, and hit whatever I want,
whenever I want. You can't guard against me, or my followers, because
you security types can't be everywhere at once, and you have rules you
have to follow. Where we are a small dedicated unit, you don't really
have a chance in hell of ever finding us, or stopping us, except by
fluke.
Lynchy-poos has a real problem, he's got a family, though I haven't
traced them yet... Easy has a small neighbourhood pretty friendly with
her, because she blackmails them by offering supplies if they co-
operate, sheesh, some friend she must be. D'Arkan's only got himself,
but his reputation is his weakness, it's a simple matter to destroy
that, the other fools here, well, they're nothing but paid murderers and
thieves. Worse than me. Nope, everybody has a price, it's just a matter
of finding the right buttons to press.
Fools like Orion, and Lefty have their days numbered, it might not be me
that kills them, in the case of Orion, I strongly doubt it, he's got
other problems by all accounts, I sure hope his problems don't eat him.
Lefty is a walking corpse anyway, as are Nodoze and all the other
idiots. One day they're going to expire, painfully, on the end of a sec
guard's bullet, or a Mage's spell. Stupid idiots don't realise they're
only delaying the inevitable by hiding in the gutters and sewers.
