...arlie Fingers, and I am here at Chapterhouse 176, of the Humanis
Policlub, in Seattle, where less than a half hour ago, Humanis members
were murdered in a particularly unpleasant manner.

According to Lone Star, at approximately 23:13 this evening, an unknown
assailant dropped off three people at the Chapterhouse door who proceeded
to enter the building and kill 8 people through dismemberment, severe
beatings, and blood loss. Witnesses have told police that the three
people smelled of death, and that there was the sound of automatic
gunfire from inside the chapterhouse, but that none of the three
attackers carried any weapon, or much clothing.

Other witnesses reported seeing several Humanis members fleeing in terror
from the building, with bloodied and torn clothing. Screaming was also
reported.

The details of the interior of the chapterhouse have not been
forthcoming, although there are some rumors. One is that this
chapterhouse looks much the same as the most recent attack on the
Humanis, the destruction of Chapter 247. Another is that the attackers
were ghouls or vampires. And there is the ever-present conspiracy
theory, that the attackers were Lone Star or federal agents attempting to
take down the Humanis Policlub...

Thanks again to my friend in the Morgue and various hospital contacts, I
have some more information. The three attackers have been identified as
Humanis Policlub members. Members of Chapter 247, as a matter of fact,
missing since the attack. The attackers were also riddled with
approximately 20 rounds from illegal SMGs, and had literally been torn
apart by the combat. None of the attackers had more than about 4
teaspoons of blood in thier entire bodies, and were in various states of
decay. Ie, they were dead, and had been since 247 was attacked.

Three Humanis members were transported to the hospital, two with bullet
wounds from thier fellow Humanis, and the third with a missing hand.
Apparently, the hand had been chewed off by one of the attackers, and was
found in the attacker's mouth. The dead showed evidence of skull
fractures which caused massive hemmoraging, shattered ribs which punctured
lungs and livers, limbs literally torn off, throats torn out by teeth,
etc. Not a pleasant way to die in any sense of the word.

Four of the Humanis members who were found inside the Chapterhouse were
in severe shock, from mental trauma, and were semi-comatose. Two more
were found wandering, one bleeding profusely, around the streets,
babbling as if something had driven them beyond the edge.

Lone Star is investigating this as a homocide, with no released
suspects. However, it appears as if the DPI has been called in to
inspect the bodies. Someone thinks that they were zombies, which fits
with the voudoun that Lone Star thinks killed Chapter 247.

Better hide those skeletons deeper in the closet, everyone, lest someone
bring them back from the dead.]<<<<<
