>>>>>[Apology accepted, and I'm sorry I blew off at you, but I lost
three good men and a close friend to this half baked bomber from hell,
and I'd rather we had some people around to cover your ass, htan leave
you out in the cold. This man is very dangerous Lynch, _very_ believe
me, I've seen things that I didn't know where possible just recently.
He's not just a psycho with a detonator, he's a walking killing machine.

The data I've perused recently shows some information concenring his
capabilities. Thunda only knows one thing, killing. It's all he does,
I think it's all he's capable of. Show him a target, point him in the
direction, and take of the leash, bye bye target. This is scary stuff
for a Fed Lynch, we don't usually deal with this type of creature. Mass
murderers, terrorists, secret agents, james fraggin Bond, yeah, but
Thunda, he's a whole new ball game, and I don't have the experience to
deal with this. Neither do my men.

I do appreciate that we had a leak, and it was possible Warner or
someone else, me in fact, could have dropped you in the deep end. BUt
it really is a matter of trying to work together on this. The FBI,
believe it or not, are very good at working with other agencies, it's
just that other people don't usually work with us. Anyway, let's not
flog a dead horse, huh?

I've been in touch with ITC in Indianna, and they've upgraded our
matrix, which means we have a system almost as secure as anywhere on the
planet. so internal communications should be more secure, also I can
now pull in a data log, and see what's been going out, and keep a track
of things a bit better. Unfortunately we were still setting things up
while and this kinda dropped in our laps.

Thanks for the reference on the LS officer, I'll check it out
immediately. The reason we didn't hear about it, is because that
situation would have gone through Federal House on Seneca, and filtered
down to us through channels, so I expect to get it near the end of the
week as a memo. Until you posted, I had no idea it had gone down.
We've had one or two other concerns lately.

I'll see what DOJ can cook up to keep Homo thugicus in custody, they're
bound to have violated something that we can pin on them, at least it'll
prevent them being employed by another bomb nut.

I misunderstood about your thoughts on the marines. I do understand
now, yes, that might be a good idea, it would certainly give Thunda
something to think about if we come across him again. Oh, just to
correct you, we do get to play with assault rifles and stuff
occassionally you know <g> SO has some interesting little toys that we
all have to be cleared on, we just don't get to play with the expensive
toys like your people <g>

I've been going over the records, looking for something consistent in
Thunda's actions, something that will give me a pattern, reading
forensics reports and CS sheets untill I can see the data with my eyes
shut, and I can't see an easy way to take him down. He's not followed a
rigid pattern at all, except for the diversionary tactics to keep us in
a different part of town. He's hit multiple points throughout Seattle,
he's hit, as far as I know, a couple of places inside the Tir, for all I
know, that damn train explosion could be down to him. Somehow he's kept
out of the public eye, or at least any that saw him aren't talking.
I've managed to reroute the phone traffic, so poor old Marian is now
taking the crazies on her system, instead of bogging us down...
sometimes I hate Wanted posters, it brings all the nuts out. Everything
points to an extremely resourcefull person who is more a hunter than the
hunted. It's a strange feeling looking for a man, knowing he's out
there, hunting you right back, never knowing if your going to walk out
the door into a bullet, or his face, a very strange feeling indeed.

As for what he's going to do when we corner him. I can only use a devil
rat as an example. It's going to be war Lynch, and we're not equipped
to fight it. If I let Fort Lewis in on this, they'll have the damned
armoured battallion and 7th tactical air wing hitting it and levelling
half of Seattle, so we're pretty much on our own here, and I'm not
looking forward to the slaughter. With the bomb factory you've taken
down, and the people we and LS detained over the Seattle underworld
structure, I would suggest that Thunda is going to be getting pretty
desperate for his explosives fix. The drugs sale is going to give him
the money to answer that fix, Lone Star are working on that now, and
I've got 15 agents chasing down leads, with a hot list of potential
buyers. If we can stop that sale, we can cut him off from his
explosives fetish. That should bring him into the open. I doubt he's
got enough to rig any more unpleasant surprises, he's expended
explosives faster than a cat sheds fur. I personally think he's pretty
desperate for some of that distraction he was so eager to blow away
earlier, and may be cursing his own generosity.

As for the excessive force. It's going to have to be. I don't wanmt to
write those letters any more than you do. But my pen's here, ready
anyway.

It's times like this when I would like some of the toys I've seen on the
trid. Powered armour sounds real attractive right now <g>.]<<<<<
