You are already aware of at least one of the players in your area. From
the footage you posted, you've got him fairly dealt with for now. According
to our sources, he's likely to be happy with the contracting monies that
he will get from bringing down your building bid. Assuming he gets it.
The other players happen to be Seoulpa. Chun Pak if my sources are
correct. From what I was able to gather they arent sure what to do about
what you are doing so they are going to lay low for a bit until they become
more frisky...if you know what I mean. They can be handled and contained
with a minimum of effort.
We were able to guage their reaction to knowing that we were taking on the
security for your site and it was favorable. It is good to have a bit
of a reputation in the streets.
You will need a little more active patrolling just to keep up the presence so
we are allocating a couple of hell hounds to work the insides of the
constuction sites when they get started. Ill be ready to introduce you to
