>>>>>[Pretty good, boss.

Lessee... okay, we nearly got the restaurant annex finished on the club.
No trouble in the club, either, just some minor scuffles and the
Serenity guys are handling it. We're pulling in good money and life is
good.

Down at the farm... well, we've got hassle, but you expected that,
right? The fence is up, hasn't stopped a steady stream of assholes
trying to break in but they're getting handled. The living quarters are
built, so everyone's happier now, and they're ploughing under some of
the parkland ready to start planting.

Power and water are okay for now, the big deal's on hold for now: needs
you to arrange the final details. We're still on schedule, though, so
not too much of a problem.

We've got a neighbour, by the way: someone's got nearly as much land as
us. We bought the old park, they picked up the industrial zone. Trying
to find out who... you think it might be a problem?]<<<<<

>>>>>[The neighbours are a merc unit looking to expand. They're legit
and they won't want too many lawsuits, so they won't give us grief.
They're building an air wing and need a runway, we could really use an
airstrip to move our produce - when we have some - out of here.

See the nice handy linkup?

Also we get to make money building their new base. Good for them, good
for us, good for our people, good for the area.

I may be a few weeks still. Get prepped for the power and water: survey
the sites and find a few good spots, even if you can't drill yet.]<<<<<
