What we found is that she's a toxic Cat shaman, and she seems to have
chosen you as the victim of a hunt for some kind of initiation ritual. Her
street-name is Howler, but other than that we know damn all about her.

Here's how we found out that much. I sent a couple of watchers out, then
went out on the astral when they reported back with her location. Thirstein
started moving in on the physical side while I was following my watchers to
where they had found her. I got there first, and while Thirstein was still
on his way, she seemed to become aware of my presence. She sent a spirit up
to get me, but being a hermetic, I can easily out-number any shaman with
spirits. Then she got inside her (very fragging well protected) medicine
lodge and left me battering away at it from the outside. I could see her
warming up some nasty drek inside there, then Thirstein finally arrived. He
broke down the door, fought his way through the group of gangers she had
working as security, then busted into the lodge and started asking hard
questions. She started coughing up answers, which is how we found out what
little we know. All seemed well, but I guess she must have been distracting
us until her backup could arrive. Next thing I know, the window shatters,
Thirstein takes a sniper round in the chest, and down he goes. He had been
holding onto Howler, so she got loose and jumped down a laundry chute she
must have put there specifically for such a cheesy and showy emergency
exit. Thirstein was pretty badly fragged, so I went after her alone, but
she had left some sort of astral barrier and it took me too long to get
through it, so she got away. Now every time I send out a watcher, it fails
to come back, and Thirstein's in no condition to do a detection ritual (the
appropriate spell for which I don't know). Dead end here, sorry, I'll keep
trying, but your people are probably more suited to this than we are.]<<<<<
