Not good news.
We're brainstorming this one in the office trying to track down some of
Emma's transactions. She's been throwing money at a lot of machine shops
and toolrooms in this general area: unfortunately, this time of night
none of them are answering the phone, and who the hell do we roust? Not
the bosses, that's for sure, all they know is a drawing came in and they
quoted for the work and then some of his machinists did it. Like trying
to assemble a jigsaw, except you start with one piece and only get
another when you place the first correctly.
We don't know what's going to happen.
We don't know where it's going to happen.
We don't really know who's behind it.
In short, we're screwed, Alex. Better pray for a leap of inspiration.
