The blackmailer makes contact only through phone calls, at irregular
intervals, and speaks using a speech synthesizer. The blackmailer claims to
have a voice-stress analyzer, and to be able to detect attempted traces. No
attempts at testing the latter claim have been made.
The blackmail material includes video obtained through unknown means at a
certain private location on one of several specific occcasions.
The blackmailer is highly interested in the activities of a certain corp,
and may be connected in some way to a particular one of that corp's
