>>>>>[Need to confirm some information -- There is rumor on the
street that a shipment of arms bound for Kim's group was hijacked by you.
True?

If so, did anyone have the forethought to alter the weapons to make them
unusable? Word on the street is that they've found their way back into
the right hands.]<<<<<

Subject: Coming soon

Movements have been made in the area that I am not convinced that they
are going to make their move very soon.]<<<<<

Subject: Easy Eight Coverage

Those of you not actively involved in other jobs, be prepared to assist
in Easy Eight situation. I'd like you all in positions where you
can respond in under 3 minutes to a signal.

Reserves -- link up with one of the existing teams, integrate, and
stand ready.

+++++ Include: Opposition Report

Thats what you are likely up against. A shipment of approximately 50 or
so Heckler and Koch 227's came up missing a night or so again, found their
way into the hands of the Crimson Hawks (unconfirmed) and then back into
Kim's hands.

We are frantically trying to find out which of the local gangs were brought
into the deal and what it is they were offered. Not meeting with great
success at this time. We still have feelers out on the streets but
Seattle is big.

+++++ Add M. Jenson

I leave this up to the FRT units, but, if at all possible, PLEASE use
Gel. Lets try to keep the casualty count to a minimum]<<<<<
