Acknowledged. I have two full squads on 24 hours standby, at high alert.
They are relieved every six hours by a fresh team, so there should always
be at least the two available squads. In addition, the Alpha Squad which
is equipped with the new powered combat armor is on standby and will be
standing 12 hour watches. Response time for the two full squads is
approximately 3 minutes. The Alpha squad should be able to be on the
scene in around 9 minutes if they are not standing a watch when the alert
goes up, and 3 minutes if they are. ]<<<<<
