The weapons are fine, except for the encapsulated glue (apparently it's
a "high-grade high-speed cyanoacrilate adhesive" Stephanie put in their
chambers. Load a round and it's stuck there for good. Any we capture, we
can fix, but you won't get those weapons working again without a
workshop.
Hiroshi decided anyone stupid enough to fall for that trick deserved
whatever they got, we needed his help to make it work. Don't publicise
weapon failures after the fact, though, don't want to hurt his business
