J43A: Sighting report. Armour, T-95 tanks, twelve. Troop carriers,
IFVs, thirty-plus. Trucks, general, thirty-plus. Headed >>course<<,
sighting >>location<<, time immediate.

J10A: Confirm.

J17A: Confirmed. Drone is under fire. Evading and deploying
countermeasures.

J10A: All units, full deployment, full deployment. Stand by for bugout.
Juliet 20A, Juliet 30A, report.

J11A: You're shitting me.

J10A: Deploy and shut up.

J21: Juliet 21, standing by.

J30: Sunray 30, standing by.

J17A: Drone destroyed. Second unit scrambled.

J10A: Save it. Two, Three, we're expecting an attack by a mech battalion
either with heavy leg support or else massive logistics. No way can
we stop that, we're preparing to withdraw. You may have inbound
too. Brace up.

J21: Roger. Going to full alert. You withdrawing onto us?

J10A: Nowhere else to run.

J30: We'll go to alert, and - FRAG!! ZIPS IN THE WIRE! WE'RE<link lost>

J10A: Three, report. Three?

J21: No link. They're down.

J10A: We're taking mortar fire. Heavy, eight or twelve tubes. They're
coming for us, we're withdrawing before we're encircled.

J21: What about the miners?

J10A: Not much we can do. This wasn't in the contract. We'll get as many
out as we can.

J21: Yeah. Our drone spotters just picked up a battalion of mech inf,
twelve kilometres south and heading this way fast. They've got one
dropped bridge to slow them down, then they're on top of us. And
when you get here, you'd better have your war faces on.

J10A: Fifteen minutes, thirty tops. And we don't have anywhere else to
go. Anything from Three?

J21: Can't get a peep.

J10A: Me neither. Shit. See you in ten to fifteen.

J21: Yeah. I'll call Seattle, see what they say.
