Plan: Pick him up, hold him for a day or so. During that time I
will speak with him and see what information about his co-conspiritors.
When they panic and start looking for him, we will point them at the
smaller of the other 3 or 4 factions. During the few hours of panicking,
we will run on whichever of the places are most used for meetings and
get as many bugs in as we can. We will also bug the man himself.
I should have information for you in two days, and regular information
on movements after that.
