I already know what assets you have to bring to bear against me and
my organization and I am sure I can survive it and make the financial
stability of your company suffer for the attempt.
Neither of us are men who make idle threats so I will not sully my point
by doing so and insulting you. I do not wish to bring your wrath down
upon me, no more than I would like to have to retaliate for what you feel
is an out and out attack against what you value most.
Your friends, and your 'family' are what you are gambling with, not just
dealing with a 'upstart'.
This is situation, listen closely. I cannot stop the team that is
coming into your systems, but you can. You shouldnt have any problem
flat-lining a bunch of newbies, right? Your systems should be secure
enough that even without advanced warning, which it seems you have, or
having someone on duty to do it manually, am I not correct? They come, you
defend your home, corporate law is on yourside, they were intruding, nothing
but a bit of paperwork, and your spin doctor goes to work on how secure
your systems are and how you cannot tolerate ANYONE not showing your
corporation proper respect. You win, on paper, electronically, and in
the media.
I am being paid to set up the run. Results or not, it doesnt matter
to me one way or another. I already have the information this run is
likely to produce.
You can continue along your line of thinking if you so desire, but I
would guess that Shane has already spoken with you explained the
difficulties...so to speak...that pursuing your present course would
cause.
If we must have this dance, you might want to do it at a time where
you arent spread as thin --
