To me, it sounds if Ratspeak is being highly sarcastic about the
whole thing.
With that said, Ratspeak is on the warpath, and between his current
feelings toward myself and a potential rash reaction when Ratspeak
sees your comment, it would be worth your while to put Serenity back
on PMA1. I doubt the rodent will be foolish, but we all know
Ratspeak.
I'm still trying to get a hold of Black Knight to get his read on
everything. Sprinkler offered some colorful commentary but little
that is worth adding.
FYI, I'm still on non-JICES business, so you might want to officially
