The Doctor runs the outfit, he ran Bartlett. Farmer's his new proxy for
the UCAS. He was - is - a specialist in mind control, false memories,
implanted routines. For instance, check out Project Manchu, that was his
personal baby. Chronos may be linked, or may simply be independently
using mind-control routines: the _idea's_ a century old, look where
Manchu got its name (a 1950s novel, "The Manchurian Candidate").

Insufficient data for a clear conclusion, that's what you FBI experts
are for. Me Lynch, me go kill people now <g>

Close on my signal... Jake keeps the Shadowland link up, I use anything
from commerical packet radio to Link-25 to hook up to the mail account
he runs for me via headware, and anyone listening traces "my Shadowland
posts" far enough and they terminate in the Pentagon's D-ring. Good
fucking luck cutting _that_ much IC.

I'm not untraceable, but it's only been cracked once, and that was by
InterPol's Special Branch in full hue and cry: since then we've
tightened it up some. There's a few tricks and traps in there for anyone
trying to track my postings, but none of them have activated. Make of
that what you will.

As for Armscor... they're good enough guys, Sasha buys our tube
artillery from them <g> But they are very private, because they sell to
some pretty unsavoury people, albeit at huge markups.

Show them the evidence about Belial, and they'll conduct an internal
investigation, and hopefully slam the door on the interloper, whatever
they choose to tell us later: they won't let us in, but neither will
they want to piss us off _too_ much.

Unfortunately, that'll probably get me accused of Belial's murder if he
abruptly stops posting, but what the hell, I'm kind of used to it.

Lilith and I will head down to Miami soonest. Unless you vehemently
object, we'll haul Quinn along too: keeps her out from under your feet,
and we can use the magical support. We won't advertise our presence,
though.

Right now, I think the lower the profile, the better... playing lighting
rod has its limits.]<<<<<
